Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Workspace OS, a team workspace operated by RoboAI, a startup based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

AI Workspace OS lets a team run its work in one place and operate it in plain language through an AI assistant and connected AI clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information on your account and for activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful; do not attempt to break its security, scrape it, or disrupt it for others.

4. Your content

You own the content you put into your workspace. You grant RoboAI only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you.

5. AI features

The assistant can be wrong or incomplete, so review its output before you rely on it. It asks you to confirm anything destructive before doing it, and you are responsible for the actions you approve.

6. Connected AI clients

When you connect an external AI client (such as ChatGPT or claude.ai) via OAuth, it acts on your workspace on your behalf, within the scope you grant. You can review or revoke any connection at any time from Profile → Connected apps.

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoboAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free plan, is zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact
