AI Workspace OS — Docs

Last updated 20 July 2026

AI Workspace OS lets a team run its work in plain language. The same tool layer powers the in-app assistant and any external AI client you connect, so you can operate your workspace from ChatGPT or Claude just as you would inside the app.

Connect from ChatGPT

  1. Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's connector settings.
  2. Add a custom connector pointing at https://workspace.roboai.one/api/mcp.
  3. Approve the connection on the consent screen and pick the workspace you want it to operate.

Connect from claude.ai

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste https://workspace.roboai.one/api/mcp and confirm.
  3. Sign in, pick a workspace, and approve the same consent flow.

What it can do

The connector can read your workspace and take actions on it. Anything destructive is confirmed with you before it happens, exactly as in the in-app assistant.

Permissions and security

Connections use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. You choose which workspace to grant access to at consent time, and each workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security. You can review or revoke any connection at any time from Profile → Connected apps.

What's inside

The tool set spans the whole workspace — tasks and the board, team and availability, finance, content, documents, ideas, and more — so the assistant can answer questions and get real work done.
