AI Workspace OS is a team workspace built by RoboAI, a startup based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains what data the service handles, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email team.roboai@gmail.com.

Who we are

RoboAI operates AI Workspace OS at workspace.roboai.one. We are the controller of the data described below and you can reach us at team.roboai@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and an optional profile photo.
The content you create — the workspaces you run and the data you put in them: organizations, tasks, documents, ideas, finance entries, and similar records. This is your working data.
Authentication data — the sign-in and session information needed to keep your account secure.
Operational data — the minimal technical information needed to run and protect the service.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and secure your workspace.
To send transactional email — sign-in codes, invitations, and notifications you have turned on.
To power the in-app assistant when you choose to use it.

Service providers we work with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their part of it:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Vercel — application hosting.
Resend — sending transactional email.
Google (Gemini) — the messages you send to the in-app assistant are transmitted to Google to generate a reply.
AI clients you connect — if you connect an external AI client such as ChatGPT or claude.ai, it accesses your workspace only after you authorize it (OAuth) and only within the scope you grant.

No tracking or advertising

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. The only cookies we set are the essential ones needed to keep you signed in.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account and workspace are active. Deleting a workspace or your account removes the associated data. You can also email team.roboai@gmail.com to request deletion.

Security

Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so members of one organization cannot read another's data. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).

Children

AI Workspace OS is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by emailing team.roboai@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; significant changes will be communicated in the app.
